Rhema Health provides SMS text messaging services on behalf of healthcare providers ("Providers") who use our platform. If you have opted in to receive SMS text messages from your healthcare Provider through the Rhema Health platform, the following applies:
Your Provider may send you text messages including appointment reminders and confirmations, pre-appointment instructions, health screening survey notifications, notifications of incoming calls from your Provider's office, and other transactional communications related to your care. Messages are informational and transactional in nature and are not used for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and care needs. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing written consent directly to your healthcare Provider, typically by signing a consent form at their office. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving medical care.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent.
For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or contact your healthcare Provider's office directly.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
To report a compliance or ethics concern confidentially, you may use our anonymous reporting form.
