Amazing patient care is thousands of small tasks, done by a wide range of people. Every day, call center staff, medical assistants, nurses, and doctors work together to keep their patients healthy. The work is relentless: scheduling, coordination, documentation, inbound calls, follow-up. Clinicians spend two hours on administration for every hour of direct care, and every handoff between teams is a chance for something to slip. Labs never drawn, referrals never scheduled, check-ins never made. About half of recommended care is never delivered. And the larger the organization, the worse it gets: every new site and service line brings its own intake, its own protocols, and more places for care to fall through. This is why healthcare is so hard to scale.

We are here to help. Rhema is the automation layer that picks up the work and the handoffs between it. We start with patient-facing work because it matters most and is hardest to staff: patients don’t pick up, or they talk longer than a nurse has time for. Our agents take on that burden, complete it end to end, and route the result to the right person, with clinicians in the loop where care requires it.

We believe personalized engagement is the key to better care. People open up when they feel known: greeted by name, remembered from the last call, met at their own pace. We spent our careers building products that did this for billions of people, one person at a time. We are bringing that craft to healthcare.
